It is now:
8p rather than 10p for black and white A4
60p rather than £1 for colour A4
£1.20 rather than £1.50 for colour A3
This has been possible due to the introduction of our new print system last year and also because of the student feedback we have received through good response rates to our Library Satisfaction Survey earlier this year. We value your feedback!

The GSA Library website has had a makeover this summer, and has just revealed her amazing new look. As well as being more pleasing on the eye, our website is now much much easier to use, and contains a whole lot of extra content and information that we hope will answer many of your questions more effectively. We've also created several new sections to direct you straight to relevant information in your subject area. Check out the new Library website to access:
Subject guides with books and shelfmarks, journals, online resources, blogs and newsfeeds.
Online resources by name, subject or type of resource.
Comprehensive information on other libraries you can access.
Information and research skills guides.
Support guides for distance learners, academic staff, school leavers, research students, international students, and disabled students.
Demo movies showing you how to search the Library Catalogue.
Electronic reference shelf.
Quick links to all the resources you need on a daily basis.
And much, much more!

Atomic Learning is a web based IT training package which is available to all GSA students and staff. If you want to know how to insert a chart into Excel, create a table of contents in Word or learn some Photoshop tricks this is a good place to start.
Easy to use and regularly updated, Atomic Learning can be accessed password free from any machine in GSA and will be on all the machines in the Library.
If you want access from outwith the School, then you will need a user name and password. If you log into the GSA VLE , you will find more information about Atomic Learning including the password in the Computer Centre section of the Library pages, alternatively you can email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.

This exciting project includes the professional conservation of many of GSA’s Archives and Collections, and the creation of new environmentally controlled stores and research facilities. However, due to the level of work about to be undertaken, during 2007 access to the Research Centre and its material may be restricted.
Further information on the project and on access availability can be found on GSA's web pages at http://www.gsa.ac.uk
